Do I need a license to trade as a letting agent?

No not at all. No qualifications are required to practice as a letting agent.

Is this really a better option than a franchise?

In our view yes! With a franchise you feel like an employee with very little independence and limited scope to satisfy your entrepreneurial instincts. Then there are the costs which are high both initially and on going. Generally the more money you make the more you have to pay the franchisor. 
 
Can I run my business from home?

Yes. In fact in the early days this would be preferable as it will keep your overheads down. Whether you continue working from home or move into commercial premises really depends upon what your ambitions are for your business. There are advantages and disadvantages both ways, it really depends on you.

Are there any hidden extra costs?

Not with this package, there are upgrades you can purchase either at the time you start, or at a later stage when your business grows, but you will have everything you need to get started in the package price.

Does the ‘Let's Do Lettings’ Complete Lettings Package really contain everything I need to get started?

Absolutely! As you will have read elsewhere on this site it contains everything you need to run a successful lettings business. There would be little point in us keeping vital information to ourselves would there?

As an existing estate agent do I need a separate website from you or can I utilise my existing one?

You can incorporate your new lettings income stream into an existing website and we will make an adjustment to the cost of your package.

What ongoing support will you provide me with?

You will have ongoing telephone and email support for as long as you need it. In addition you can upgrade to one full day ‘on site’ support within the first three months as well as all the legal updates.

Realistically how much can I earn?

Well as little or as much as you want. Earnings of up to £100k are eminently possible.

Is it possible to do this successfully without any prior experience whatsoever?

Totally, that’s what we did and never looked back. By our first anniversary we were turning over £4k per month.


This seems too good to be true, is it?

Well there is a saying, ‘If it seems too good to be true, then it probably is.’ But not in this case, with this package you are virtually guaranteed to succeed. We don’t make overblown promises, but we do know the procedures and information work.
